Digital Account Director - B2B & Energy

The Opportunity 

I'm looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Content Account Director to join a rapidly growing digital marketing communications firm. You’ll be representing the agency to all their clients – working across energy, finance, and B2B industries. I’m looking for someone who is more than comfortable taking on a role that is heavily engaged in strategic planning, resource allocations, and overall fiscal health of the accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part shaping a small team in a quickly growing agency. You’ll be reporting into the Managing Director. 

The Job

  • Function as primary liaison to senior most clients on behalf of the agency with regard to strategic and service-related issues
  • Provide strategic leadership to both clients and internal agency members, and help to identify growth opportunities and action plans for client’s goals
  • Contribute to a learning environment by initiating training and growth opportunities for all team members
  • Well versed in multiple industry verticals, experience in B2B, energy, and regulated industries
  • Successful track-record of helping to establish marketing strategy, deploying program initiatives, and leading/growing accounts to succeed in the marketplace
  • 7+years relevant experience within an agency client service role, with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
