Programmatic (RTB) Lead - Trading Desk

This is an exceptional opportunity to be involved from launch stage in an innovative start-up business area, yet with the backing, and immediate potential afforded by being within one of the largest media networks on the planet. As the group’s programmatic / RTB lead, you’ll be provide consultative guidance to agency client teams, clearly articulating the benefits of this & other centralised trading teams, and helping to facilitate exceptional delivery from your optimisation & media teams.
- Be the group’s chief expert on the RTB & programmatic space, ensuring effective education throughout all agencies
- Engage regularly with key media, technology, and data partners to stay informed on industry developments
- Closely partner the RTB / Programmatic Optimisation Managers to oversee world-class delivery
- Help define, and approve KPI expectations on campaign performance
- You must come with a proven record of delivering outstanding client satisfaction
