Community Manager – Beauty

The Opportunity

My client is a thoroughly modern, independent and integrated comms agency based in a vibrant part of London. They are full of like-minded, creative communicators with a passion for delivering stand out campaigns in the world of beauty, health, wellness and lifestyle. Their digital division is 18 months old and growing rapidly. They are looking for someone with at least 18 months community management experience – someone who’s proven at growing communities and dealing with escalations.

The Job
  • Be able to produce content for all social channels (Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube) and have a meticulous approach checking posts before they go live
  • Manage and update clients’ social pages making sure they are global leaders in creating innovative and engaging social content that influence
  • Experience working across social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Take part in creating the strategy of the weekly and monthly content calendar
  • Support new business pitch developments
  • 18 months + community management experience – answering queries, crisis management etc
