The Opportunity

An exciting influencer marketing platform looking for a English speaking Head of Sales to lead and develop the business development proposition. The role requires someone to work strategically with the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders to build the entire business development, creative sales, CRM SaaS sales and account management strategies and teams. You will have a successful track record of winning new business, negotiating deal and be a natural closer.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Building the business development strategy
  • Pitching key target brands and agencies clients
  • Closing deals
  • Ownership of key sales input KPIs such as leads, briefs, proposals, revenue targets and also the HubSpot CRM tool
  • Coaching sales team and helping them to achieve their targets
  • Scaling the business globally in a staged approach accordingly in order to meet revenue targets
  • Bridge the gap between Sales, Execution and Creative to ensure an efficient sales process from pitch to delivery
